• Healthcare Sector: Delivered Feasibility Studies for five projects in Primary and Tertiary Care segments with cumulative investment exceeding $150 million.
• Real Estate Sector: Conducted HBU (Highest and Best Use) analysis for an iconic luxury high-rise development, advising on maximizing returns through optimized positioning and project composition.
• Technology Sector: Prepared Business Plans and Feasibility Studies for businesses in Personal Grooming, AI, and Marketplace segments.

Corporate Finance

Our Corporate Finance team achieved remarkable results across a diverse set of M&A transactions and financial advisory services:

• Negotiated a 91% valuation increase for the sale of a majority stake in a Technology Company valued above $30 million in a full scope Sell-Side M&A Advisory mandate.
• Facilitating the sale of 100% shareholding in both a Pharmaceutical business and a Healthcare Equipment business in Sell-Side M&A Advisory mandates.
• Advised on Sell-Side M&A of a large-scale Critical Care project, total investment exceeding $50 million. The project successfully closed initial round of investment from a reputable institutional investor.
• Completed Business Valuations for over 28 businesses in Healthcare, Technology, and Consumer sectors.
• Provided Investor Documentation for Growth Capital raise for a Consumer Electronics and Technology firm operating across the GCC region.

Investment Advisory

Delivering comprehensive investment advisory solutions, we played a pivotal role in enabling sound decision-making and value creation for our clients:

• Served as Buy-Side Financial Advisors to one of the region’s largest Technology investors, conducting Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, and Valuations for Four Deals in areas of Rent-Now-Pay-Later, Payments, Revenue Based Financing and Digital Identity.
• Provided Portfolio Valuations for a leading Venture Builder and Venture Capital firm, with more than 18 portfolio companies.
• Delivered Portfolio Advisory services, including Business Plans, Valuations, and Fundraising Documentation, for two ventures in AI solutions and marketplace segments, supporting a prominent Venture Builder in the region.
